CAVA Mediterranean fast-casual restaurant, recently announced the opening of three locations in Austin later this year. The first location will open in late March on The Drag at 2422 Guadalupe St., in Urban Outfitters’ Space 24 Twenty, just across from the University of Texas campus and will be the first ever location to serve local beer. The other two locations will be located downtown at 515 South Congress Ave. and in Westlake. Both locations are expected to open in late Spring.
During the grand openings, CAVA is teaming up with local nonprofit organization Urban Roots to help the local community champion crucial healthy eating and urban gardening skills. Through this, the goal is to cultivate relationships with its new neighbors and create opportunities for locals who need them most.
At CAVA, the flavor is in your hands. Guests can pick from bold, colorful ingredients to make a grain bowl, salad, or pita that feeds cravings and fuels them too. Once the base and protein are chosen, add up to three dips/spreads, such as Eggplant + Red Pepper and Crazy Feta, and unlimited toppings like Raw Beet + Dill Salad, Cauliflower Quinoa Tabbouleh and Cabbage Slaw.
