Brisket Breakfast Tacos at Rudy’s BBQ

Rudy’s “Country Store” & Bar-B-Q, is now serving their legendary brisket for breakfast in the form of a taco. The Brisket Breakfast Tacos has landed on the Made-To-Order breakfast taco menu and are now available at all five Rudy’s Austin locations.

In addition to their famous barbecue, Rudy’s serves homemade breakfast tacos daily until 10am. Tacos are made with farm fresh, cracked eggs served on flour and corn tortillas, or in a bowl for those that want to keep it low carb. Top it with their house-made salsas are available in mild, hot and verde. 

Rudy’s breakfast tacos are available in the made-to-order line where guests may pick each ingredient or alternatively pick up from the grab-and-go counter in the Country Store. The chopped brisket is available on the breakfast taco for an additional 50 cents and a two-item brisket taco is available $2.79 each at all five Rudy’s Austin locations every day.
