Hotel Van Zandt is thrilled to announce the upcoming launch of Brass Poppy – a sophisticated addition to Austin’s renowned Rainey Street District, set to debut this Fall.

Inspired by the resilient yet delicate poppy flower, Brass Poppy aims to redefine Austin’s cocktail scene with its blend of timeless elegance and modern sophistication. Nestled within Hotel Van Zandt, this chic cocktail bar and lounge will offer guests a stylish retreat from the hustle and bustle of Rainey Street.

Boasting an art nouveau-inspired design, Brass Poppy will feature rich jewel tones, antique brass accents, and custom hand-tufted carpets sourced from Nepal, creating an inviting atmosphere for an unforgettable evening of indulgence.

Led by Hotel Van Zandt’s Executive Chef Sergio Ledesma, the bites menu will offer a tantalizing selection of small but mighty dishes served exclusively in the “pintxos” style, perfectly complementing the expertly crafted cocktails.

Behind the scenes, the esteemed team at MARKZEFF has worked tirelessly to bring Brass Poppy to life, infusing the space with textures, hues, and materials that capture the essence of Austin’s vibrant culture.

As Hotel Van Zandt prepares to unveil Brass Poppy, the excitement is palpable. Get ready to experience the perfect blend of timeless beauty and modern flair – where every sip tells a story and every moment is an unforgettable experience.

Join us this Fall as we raise a glass to the next chapter of Hotel Van Zandt at Brass Poppy – we can’t wait to welcome you!
