Stacked with sweet tea pickles, chicken mayo, sunchoke & benne seed roll, served with salt & pepper fries.

Wheatsville Co-op | Popcorn Tofu Po’boy

3101 Guadalupe St

The Popcorn Tofu Po’boy. The sandwich has been a cult classic since it came on the scene nearly 10 years ago. The Southern delicacy became so popular that Wheatsville underwent a complete kitchen renovation solely to be able to accommodate the high levels of demand. It’s made of crispy, golden tofu nuggets, served atop a Wheatsville Bakehouse French roll and dressed with homemade cashew tamari and fresh veggies. The popcorn tofu is legendary in Austin – it even has its own Facebook fan page.

Burro Cheese Kitchen | Little Kahuna Sandwich
