With a new season comes new cocktails, and Austin restaurants St. Genevieve, the Park and the Carillon are eager to fulfill this expectation.
One of St. Genevieve’s cocktails is the Cuprum Mule which features Absolut Elyx, Pineapple, ginger, and lime and is served in a fun copper pineapple. The Coupe 29 is the other cocktail which consists of Absolut Elyx with coconut, cucumber, basil, and lime and is served in a copper cup.

The Park’ summer cocktails are the Rock Coconut Mojito and the Frozen Mojito. The Rock Coconut Mojito includes refreshing summer ingredients such as watermelon slices, mint, Bacardi coconut rum, and lime juice.

Last but not least, The Carillon’s five new summer cocktails are a refreshing twist on the classics. These include the French Mule, made with a French liqueur, the Ron Zacapa Old Fashioned, made with rum instead of bourbon, as well as the Celery Fresno Caiproska, made with vodka, fresno chili and celery juice.
