Sometimes you’ve just got to give yourself permission to bask in the delights of a lavish culinary holiday spread for friends and family to enjoy. Create a manageable menu and then farm out what you can to local, artisan food producers to help pull it all off.
This memorable holiday menu is a delight to both eye and palate and provides something for everyone. We utilized the fish monger & butcher at Central Market, the burratini from Antonelli’s Cheese Shop, truffles and bark from Crave Artisan Chocolate, the beautifully crafted cookies from Meagan’s Artisan Cookies, and cakes from Holiday Flan Cakes to collaborate with and were thrilled with the results.
Arriving guests can sample the punch or start with a glass of Prosecco & Pomegranate juice, white or red wine. Spreading the platters of food out on the island in the center of all the action allows guests to dine as they please. Don’t be afraid to go fancy or keep it simple this holiday season. What matters most is that we gather together.
