‘Tis the Season to be Jolly! Snooze, an A.M. Eatery, has released its first-ever seasonal Holiday Menu filled with bountiful plates and mugs overflowing with cheer to spoil yourself during this special time of year.

The 2018 Holiday Menu is inspired by some of their guests’ favorite flavors of the season, with upscale brunch offerings.  The menu features two new brunch cocktails to help you feel merry and bright, a rich and indulgent steak stack and an over-the-top ooey-gooey pancake you wouldn’t even want to share with Santa.

  • Good Karma Apple Cider. Leopold Bros. sour apple liqueur, hot mulled cider served with a mini caramel candy.
  • Spiked Candy Cane Cocoa. Snooze hot chocolate, Cazadores Reposado tequila, coffee liqueur, peppermint schnapps, whipped cream, mocha crumble and crushed candy canes.
  • S’more Peppermint… Please. Buttermilk pancakes topped with a homemade peppermint marshmallow, Breckenridge spiced rum cocoa, ginger snaps and crushed peppermint.
  • Sweet Potato Steak Stack. Ancho coffee rubbed steak medallions, poached cage-free egg and grilled asparagus atop sweet potato hash with cream cheese hollandaise finished with crispy prosciutto and pomegranate molasses.

Guests looking for lighter choices will find other options that are full of flavor but won’t make your belly shake like fruit bowl cake.  The new Like a Feather menu includes six healthy options starting at just 340 calories.  The Bravocado toast, Goldilocks’ Porridge and Protein Punch bowl are fan favorites that will leave you feeling warm and satisfied.

Wear your best Christmas sweater, ugly or not, sport those Menorah socks and bring all your holiday crazy to Snooze right now to help us spread the cheer. This special holiday menu is only available through December 28.
