Venezia Gelato is a traditional Italian gelato shop showcasing at least 15 freshly made, handcrafted gelato flavors each day, alongside an array of other frozen treats and authentic Italian coffees.  They’re celebrating its grand opening with four indulgent gelato flavors perfect for taking the sting out of the Texas summer.

Created daily by hand by Venezia owners and certified gelato crafters Alice and Nicola Morello, the new summer gelato flavors include Venezia, a silky blend of top-qualitychocolate and hazelnut; as well as Lemon, a tart yet deeply creamy vegan gelato; luscious Strawberry Cheesecake; and decadent Coconut and Chocolate.

In addition to its dozen-plus daily gelato offerings, Venezia’s other freshly made specialties include the whimsical Mr. Ring frozen donuts — gelato-filled, icing-covered treats formed in the shape of everyone’s favorite pastry and featuring fun, donut-style designs — as well asfrozen gelato lollipops, beautifully detailed pastries, made-to-order gelato cakes, and real Italian espresso, American-style coffee drinks, infused teas and irresistible affogatos, a coffee-based dessert topped with a scoop of Venezia’s handcrafted vanilla gelato.

Venezia’s spacious and welcoming shop in South Austin evokes the feel of a classic Italian gelateria, with plenty of stylish seating, chic black-and-white décor, sleek chrome accents, fresh greenery and several oversized display cases flaunting Venezia’s enchanting dessert offerings.
