Sonya Cote releases her first book, A Table in a Garden, available April 1 in conjunction with Drawing Lines, Explorations of Place taking place at McKean-Eilers Building from 4/1 through 4/10.
Sonya’s installation for Drawing Lines represents District 5/ the Cherry Creek Community Garden and culminates in this book. A Table in the Garden references the blithe that proceeded the garden and the community table she built along with recipes from the harvest. All the recipes and illustrations are by Sonya.
The book will be available for purchase ($20) throughout the 10 day exhibit as well as at Hillside Side Farmacy and Eden East.
