Austin Food & Wine Alliance has announced the return of its popular Wine & Swine event on Sunday, November 19 from 1 to 4 p.m., where some of Central Texas’ top chefs will honor the spirit of New Orleans in their annual pig roast.
In the ultimate tribute to the food, drink, and music spirit of New Orleans, Wine & Swine will feature 20+ chefs preparing pork dishes and whole roasted pigs for the outdoor party that includes live music, premium wine, beer and spirit tastings, and plenty o’ pork.
Previously held at Star Hill Ranch, the annual fest will be held at Camp Mabry, the 375-acre military installation that was established in 1892 and is the third-oldest active military installation in Texas. Stay tuned for tickets scheduled to go on sale in early October.
