Henbit and TLV will reopen at Fareground with a few new tasty and approachable menu items. During the pandemic, both restaurants shifted their work to focus on needs for the City of Austin and the Austin Independent School District providing over 40,000 meals to caregivers and frontline workers. The team is looking forward to reopening the Henbit doors at Fareground to the public with a new menu featuring crave-able dishes that are mindful of the sourcing and season.

The new menu at Henbit will feature lunch and dinner items including the Henbit Burger with American Cheese, Shiitake Aioli, Sour Pickles, Tomato, Onions, Red Romaine; Fried Chicken Sandwich featuring Sourdough Fried Chicken, White Sonoran Bun, Chiltepin Aioli, Jalapeño Slaw, Cilantro, Sour Pickles; Salmon Bowl with Salmon, Farro, Dill, Tarragon Yogurt, Crispy Lentils, Sprouted Mung Beans, Avocado, Seasonal Vegetables; and more. For a full menu, visit the link here.

TLV

Executive Chef Berty Richter of TLV will feature a menu of Israeli sandwiches, specialty plates with pita, and an assortment of salatim, TLV will re-open for in-person dining, easy curbside pickup, and delivery downtown.  Menu items include favorites such as the Classic Hummus with marinated chickpeas, tahini, green chili sauce, parsley, and spices; Chicken Hawaiej Hummus with chicken thighs in a Yemenite spice blend, onion, green tahini, amba, and schug; Kofta Pita with grilled minced beef and lamb, tzatziki, red cabbage salad, amba, and herbs; and a selection of salatim, including Cumin Beets, Fire-Roasted Eggplant, Israeli Pickles, and more. Both restaurants will also continue to offer curbside pickup and delivery. Curbside pickup is in the corner parking lot at 2nd and Brazos St., and delivery is available through Favor and DoorDash.
