P6 Rooftop Lounge has opened its new space The LINE Austin hotel on the 6th floor, in a space that was formerly used as the parking garage for the previous Radisson Hotel.  Replete with panoramic views, P6 will serve as a hangout for upscale and casual dining, craft cocktails, and games.

The rooftop space was sprung to life by designer Sean Knibb.  Amid the outdoor lounge’s pink, blue and green hues and lush plantings, local architect Michael Hsu has turned a parking garage into an intimate cocktail and dining experience that lends itself to eating and drinking outside all day and in to the evening, while the beautiful sixth-story views offer the perfect setting to end the day in downtown Austin.

The menu will feature Mediterranean snacks and shared plates prepared by Executive Chef Justin Ermini and cocktails shaken (or stirred) by Beverage Director Brian Floyd, while cocktails shaken (or stirred) by are prepared by Beverage Director Brian Floyd.  Combinations like the P6 Martini with French Quinquina and the Spanish Octopus with Saffron Aioli might boast a the feeling of long lunches on the French Riviera, but the local produce and southern hospitality provides the local flavor that makes Austin one of the most highly coveted spots for Al Fresco dining.

P6 is located on the 6th floor of the Line Hotel in downtown Austin, at 111 E Cesar Chavez St.
