Olamaie’s Co-Executive Chefs Michael Fojtasek and Grae Nonas are thrilled to announce the launch of lunch service on Wednesday, July 1. On the heels of being named 2015 FOOD & WINE Best New Chefs, the chefs’ daily-changing lunch menu will feature dishes like The O’boy!, a baguette with crispy fish filet, bread and butter pickles, tomato, onion and comeback sauce; and a favorite summer dish, Shrimp & Grits, featuring North Carolina white shrimp, Chanterelle mushrooms, and Anson Mills pencil cob grits. Lunch service will be Wednesday to Friday from 11:00 to 2:00 p.m. and Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
