The highly anticipated Italian eatery, Juliet, announced today that Brandon Fuller will serve as Chef de Cuisine. Fuller, most recently Executive Chef of Café Josie, will join Executive Chef Jacob Weaver and Pastry Chef Carly Rossmeissl.

“Brandon brings a ton of value with his experience in sourcing local and quality products, and is an excellent chef with whom I share many philosophies. I have long respected him as a peer and I am very much looking forward to working closely with him at Juliet” said Executive Chef Jacob Weaver.

Fuller fell in love with food at a young age, often traveling to the farmer’s market with his mother and exploring international cuisines with his father in College Station, Texas.  He graduated from Texas A&M University in 2005 and moved to Austin shortly after to pursue his passion at Le Cordon Bleu. Fuller has since had the opportunity to work in some of Austin’s most well regarded restaurants starting as a line cook at Uchi, then moving on to Parkside, Wink, Olive & June, and then finally Café Josie, where he was Executive Chef.

Fuller is thrilled to join the Juliet team and continue to provide exceptional fare using local and sustainable ingredients to create fresh and exciting dishes.
