Home Slice is encouraging both customers and staff to exercise their right to vote in the upcoming elections.  Both locations of Home Slice Pizza will offer a free slice of pizza to any guest who shows up to its slice windows wearing an “I voted” sticker from October 13 – November 3.

In addition, all Home Slice staff members will receive three hours of pay upon submitting proof of voting.  They’re also offering up to eight hours of paid time off to employees who volunteer at local polling centers.

Home Slice recently partnered with Justice for Javier Ambler (with support from the Austin Justice Coalition) to commission a memorial mural for the late Javier Antonio Ambler, who died in the custody of a Williamson County sheriff’s deputy on March 28, 2019. The mural stands on the north-facing wall of More Home Slice on South Congress.  Both Home Slice locations have reopened their patios for socially distant outdoor dining with contact-free service and QR code menus.
