The team behind The Far Out Lounge & Stage (TFO) has created and opened Fowl Mouth, a new food truck located in the bar’s parking lot.

 

Leading the truck is Sam Castrale, former executive chef of Hopfields, who has created an impressive menu with a strong focus on (you guessed it) CHICKEN. Other favorite featured items include mac n’ cheese, brussels sprouts, charred street corn, a convenient kids menu as well as extremely convincing vegan options including vegan chicken wings and vegan chicken sandwiches. TFO opened its 3-acre patio on Friday, May 22, providing ample space for guests to properly social distance, indulge in Fowl Mouth’s offerings in addition to imbibing on craft beer and thirst-quenching cocktails – served from the bar’s outdoor container bar. The indoor bar will remain closed for now until the team feels prepared to open it safely to the public.

 

Fowl Mouth is joined by their friends from Austin Rotisserie, offering traditional French rotisserie with a twist, with other food truck pals soon to follow in the next few months!
