Austin’s renowned ELM Restaurant Group has been selected as the Operator of Dining Concepts for the first upscale food hall/ urban market in Austin – Fareground at One Eleven Congress.

ELM will be managing the co-op of restaurants that will be featured within the project’s interior marketplace; and they will also oversee the street-level dining concept on the corner of Congress Ave and 2nd Street that will serve as a grab-and-go style eatery featuring curated food and drink selections from each of the six dining concepts in the food hall below.

With the interior and dining spaces to be designed by Michael Hsu Office of Architecture, and the exterior landscape and surrounding urban plaza to be designed by dwg., this will be a public space unmatched in design.

The ELM group is well-known for their successful restaurants and concepts in Austin – Easy Tiger Bake Shop & Beer Garden, Italic, and 24 Diner – as well as their phenomenal team, which includes Top Chef Andrew Curren. They were selected to be a part of the Fareground team because of their reputation for excellence within the Austin restaurant scene, and the sophistication and style of their previous ventures, which will equal the caliber of design of the space.
