Ruth’s Chris Steak House is pleased to announce its popular 2023 TasteMaker Dinner Series is back featuring Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars, consisting of a four-course meal hand-crafted by Ruth’s Chris executive chefs, and expertly paired with a glass of wine to complement each dish. The luxury dinner series is available now May 3 and May 4 at 6:30p.m. at the Austin location for $160 per person. This complete dinner and wine experience will feature the following menu:

• Amuse-Bouche: Charbroiled Oyster with Citrus Garlic Butter, Herb Crumbs, and Louisiana Foam paired with Aveta Sauvignon Blanc

• First Course: Crispy Stuffed Chicken with Baby Spinach, Wild Mushrooms, Whipped Cheese, and Herb Cream Sauce with Karia Chardonnay

• Second Course: Coffee-Braised Pork Tenderloin with Bleu Cheese Mashed Potatoes paired with Artemis Cabernet Sauvignon

• Third Course: Filet with Whipped Boursin Cheese, Lyonnaise Potatoes, and Corn Maque Choux paired with Fay Cabernet Sauvignon

• Fourth Course: Butter Cake with Vanilla Ice Ceam, Pralines, and Bourbon Salted Caramel paired with Coffee & Tea
