
Fork and Flame – A Live Fire Competition
Dish’n Dames is partnering with Chef Sonya Cote from Eden East to host FORK and FLAME, a live fire competition featuring 14 female chefs competing for culinary glory and judged by some of the ultimate female pit masters in Texas. There will also be pastry chefs and some of Austin’s top mixologists joining us in providing seasonal desserts and craft cocktails for the event.
Dish’n Dames’ mission raises awareness of the exceptional role women play within our local culinary community and secondly to help support the Farm-to-Table movement with a portion of the proceeds benefiting the Eden East Farm non-profit, Urban Organics.
