BAR TOTI & TEXAS FOOD & WINE ALLIANCE HOST COLLABORATION DINNER

The team behind Bar Toti, Este’s elegant sister space, is excited to welcome the Texas Food & Wine Alliance (TFWA) for a one-night-only paired dinner supporting culinary innovation in Central Texas on Tuesday, September 26. Guests can choose from two intimate seatings and each timeslot begins with a welcome cocktail reception featuring Tito’s Handmade Vodka and El Tesoro Premium Tequila.

Diners will be treated to Executive Chef Fermín Nuñez and Chef de Cuisine Joaquin Ceballos’ contemporary coastal Mexican fare in a four-course, family-style dinner paired with wines from the Constellation Brands portfolio. The menu includes Este favorites and exclusively prepared dishes including a t-bone steak with mezcal au poivre, trout a la pulla, and a cashew kale salad.

Proceeds raised help the Texas Food & Wine Alliance’s grow the future of Texas food through a vibrant culinary grant program and an annual culinary careers conference for Texas high school students. Tickets are $150 each. Limited capacity is available.
