Ruth’s Chris Steak House is excited to host the “Caymus Wine Dinner featuring the Wagner Family of Wine” on April 30th at 107 locations across the U.S.  The dinner raises a toast to the iconic American Steak House experience paired with Caymus, an iconic American wine to create an unforgettable evening for steak and wine lovers.

“As part of our five part 50th anniversary wine dinner series, we are proud to partner with Caymus Vineyards and the Wagner Family of Wine. We invite guests to celebrate with us on April 30th for an incredible evening over the timeless pairing of world-class Cabernet Sauvignon and a sizzling Ruth’s Chris steak,” said Michael O’Donnell, Chief Executive Officer for Ruth’s Chris Steak House.

Chuck Wagner, Caymus Vineyards Owner and Winemaker, will illustrate the family’s passion for their wines by hosting one of the pairing dinners. “We are honored to be partnering with Ruth’s Chris and invite guests to join us for an evening of Ruth’s favorite steak house selections perfectly paired with wines made by me and my children – Caymus and the Wagner Family of Wine,” said Chuck Wagner.


Hors d’oeuvres – Ahi Tuna Poke with Crisp Wonton and Sesame Seeds paired with Emmolo Sauvignon Blanc, Napa Valley


Second Course – Northwest Snow Crab Bisque Spiked with Brandy and Chardonnay paired with Mer Soleil Reserve Chardonnay, Santa Lucia Highlands


Third Course – New Zealand Lamb Lollipop with Sweet Potato Casserole and Blackberry Sauce

paired with Belle Glos Pinot Noir, Dairyman Vineyard, Russian River Valley


Fourth Course – Filet Mignon with Cremini Mushrooms, served sizzling paired with

Caymus Vineyards, Special Selection Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley Accompaniments include: Lobster Mac & Cheese and Garlic Sautéed Broccolini


Fifth Course – White Chocolate Bread Pudding with Crème Anglaise and Dark Chocolate

paired with Mer Soleil LATE, Santa Lucia Highlands
