CAVA has announced the grand opening of a new downtown location at the corner of 6th Street and Congress Avenue, officially opening on Friday, August 10th, 2018.  The East Coast-based fast-casual Mediterranean restaurant and culinary brand known for its healthy build-your-own bowls and pitas, marks the company’s third location in Austin since entering the market in June with locations on The Drag and Bee Caves Road.

CAVA will host a “Community Day” on Thursday, August 9th, providing free lunch between the hours of 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. and dinner from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. On Community Day, CAVA will be accepting donations to benefit local nonprofit partner Urban Roots, Austin’s only farm-based youth leadership organization that uses food and farming to transform the lives of young people and inspire, engage and nourish the community.
