Chef Carrie Morey of Callie’s Charleston Biscuits and Callie’s Hot Little Biscuit, grab-and-go eateries in Atlanta and Charleston, is bringing her buttery, handmade Southern style biscuits to Austin.  On Saturday, October 6th, Callie’s Hot Little Biscuit will present “Late Night at The Line” offering Southern biscuits and bites along with beats from Heart & Soul Soundsystem.


On Sunday, October 7th, Chef Carrie Morey will be at the Native Hostel Kitchen + Bar for “The Band of Biscuits” – a boozy biscuit brunch in collaboration with Native Chef Jim Gilbert and Holy Roller Chef Callie Speer, who will be creating their own signature sandwiches with Callie’s Hot Little Biscuit provided biscuits.  For biscuit lovers on-the-go, there will be a pop-up shoppe featuring Callie’s Hot Little Biscuit and Austin’s best party people, Packed Party.

A portion of The Band of Biscuits brunch proceeds will also be donated to The Birthday Party Project which hosts monthly birthday parties at homeless and transitional living facilities across the country to make sure every child has a joyous and magical birthday celebration.
