The catering menu includes plates with Pita including the Classic Hummus, Chicken Hawaiej Hummus, and Roasted Cauliflower as well as Platters including the Falafel and Schnitzel platter. The $99 package feeds four to six and includes multiple items like Wontons Chips and Dip, Full Rack of Smoked Baby Back Duroc Ribs, Whole Smoked Sake Can Chicken, Thai Style Sausages, Crunchy Cabbage Salad with Cashew-Ginger Vinaigrette, and Oak Grilled Zucchini. Online pre-orders begin January 26th and run through February 11. Package pick-up will take place Sunday, February 13 starting at 11:30 am.
