Batch Craft Beer & Kolaches’s new food truck concept, Batch PM, will officially open on Thursday, December 10 from 2 p.m. – 9 p.m. Their grand opening will include the release of two new beers, including a 100% Peppercorn Pilsner, a crisp and refreshing beer pairing to Batch PM’s bratwurst; and a Lemongrass Saison, also in honor of Batch’s third-year anniversary this year.
Located in the open-air beer garden, Batch PM will bring elevated beer garden bites, such as gourmet bratwurst with chef-inspired toppings, Belgian fries, and more. The food offerings are perfectly complemented by Batch’s fresh IPAs and farmhouse ales, which are available at their recently reopened backyard bar or offered to-go as well. Batch PM will be open Wednesday through Sunday from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m.
The menu at Batch PM includes bratwurst made with Batch Beer, house-made buns, and unique toppings, offering both traditional as well as not so traditional flavors inspired by street foods from around the world. Highlights from the menu include the Kimchi Brat, with kimchi, bulgogi glaze, scallions, sesame, and chili garlic aioli; the Das Curry Wurst, a gluten-free option with curry, ketchup, tomatoes, red onion, dill pickle, and sauerkraut; the Bun-Mi, with hoisin mayo, cilantro, pickled carrots, daikon, jalapeno, and cucumber; and the Cuban, with mustard, hot sauce, mojo-braised pork, dill pickle, and Swiss cheese. All brats can be substituted with an all-beef option, chicken sausage, or a vegetarian brat. Vegan options will also be available. Sides include Belgian-style French fries with over five dipping sauces to choose from that will be made in-house.
