Built in along the historic 1890s railroader hotel and adjoining mid-century warehouse in downtown Austin, Native Hostel is an experiential hostel offering a kinetic collision of music, arts, warm beds, sleepless nights, culinary delights and spirits.
Native has recently launched their all new brunch menu with dishes that fit the vibe of their intimate parlor lounge and cafe with a bar and kitchen serving craft cocktails and craveable diner classics.
Garden Salad: Mission fig, spinach, avocado, gruyere, poached egg, wonton crisps, tamari lime dressing. Add salmon, fried chicken or tofu
Chilaquiles: House enchilada or tomatillo sauce, sunny egg, avocado, chiles, cotija, crema
Option of pulled chicken thigh or tofu
Native Style Banh Mi: Fried chicken thigh, kimchi omelet, carrot slaw, fresh herbs, chiles, adobo aioli
Flatbread: Roasted butternut squash, bacon, caramelized onion, gruyere, dressed greens, balsamic reduction
Benedict: Poached eggs, grapefruit hollandaise, apple kimchi, house sweet potato biscuit
Option of crab cakes or fried chicken
Duck Confit: Watermelon, shaved onion, daikon, cotija, herb salad, tamari lime dressing

Buddha Bowl: Quinoa, tofu, avocado, kofta, edamame, chiles, cashews, gruyere, 3 flavors sauce
Peach French Toast: Classic french toast topped with peach & pasilla chile compote and sweet lemon cream and maple.
Native’s 3,500 square-foot multipurpose events space boasts 12 suites, outfitted with 59 custom-built beds, full private bathrooms and communal spaces. 1 Year Anniversary Celebration
Native Hostel is celebrating the 1-year anniversary with a full week of birthday festivities starting on May 7 – May 13. To kick off the birthday week, Native is launching a newly revamped weekend brunch menu on Sunday, May 6.
Brunch is currently available on Saturdays from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. and all day on Sundays starting at 11am, complemented by live music. The full brunch menu can be found below, along with the complete schedule of Native Birthday Week programming.
