Boiler Nine Bar + Grill, is set to roll out their new seasonal lunch and dinner menus highlighting a few updates.  Executive Chef Jason Stude is introducing several locally sourced farm-driven spring and summer inspired dishes across all menus with a heavy focus on the new lunch choices.


Guests will be able to choose from the open kitchen or outdoor patio for lunch MondayFriday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Highlights from the new lunch menu include Layered Avocado Hummus with cilantro, lime, pumpkin seed, dried cherry tomato, cucumber and sesame cracker; Goat Cheese + Zucchini Sandwich with roasted red pepper, eggplant, basil and mint pesto; Cucumber Tabbouleh with bulgur, yogurt, mint, dill, red onion and parsley. All bread options can be substituted with Udi’s Gluten Free Bread.


Dinner updates include Maplebrook Farms Burrata with heirloom tomato Pomodoro, balsamic, basil and levain, Garden Kaffir Lime Musselsconsisting of seared scallops, shrimp, coconut-lime broth, shaved mushroom, basil, Fresno Chile and baguette and Cured + Smoked Salmon Benedictwith everything biscuit, cream cheese, asparagus and sauce choron for brunch.


Guests will also see a new multi-level concept will feature an oyster happy hour every Thursday at all levels featuring a half dozen Irish Point oysters for $14 or a whole dozen for $26.
