Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Spa & Resort, located right outside Austin, will host a Christmas Day Family Buffet to celebrate the holiday.  The meal will feature a variety of delicious options including a risotto station with porcini mushrooms, butternut squash, and parmesan and entrees such as pork loin with apples, figs and port wine sauce, lemon and coriander-brined Cornish game hen, maple-glazed salmon with root vegetables, cauliflower and Romanesco with garlic and lemon, peppercorn-crusted sirloin and more. The buffet will also feature over 15 different dessert options ranging from eggnog cheesecake and chocolate yule logs to cinnamon apple tarts and the resorts signature chocolate fountain.
