If you don’t plan to spend your Valentine’s Day cooking up a storm, then The Carillon has a lovely 5-course menu for you and your sweetheart. The menu features hand-selected courses that will be sure to offer robust flavors and evoke the aura of romance that Valentine’s Day is all about.
An option for the evening is to pair with dishes which include Beef Tartare, Blue Prawns, and Olive Oil Poached Beef with elegant wine selections that will enhance the flavor of the dishes. The night will be finished with a divine Chocolate In Black & White, a multifaceted dessert combining rhubarb, blood orange, pistachio butter, and pomegranate molasses.
This limited-time menu will be offered Saturday February the 14th, Valentine’s Day, as well as Friday February 13th from 5:30 PM to 10 PM. $80 per person, with an additional $65 for the accompanying wine pairing.
