Uncle Billy’s Brewery & Smokehouse, one of Austin’s oldest craft brewpubs, is introducing the Knuckleballer Texas Kölsch, its first new beer in a can in three years and is sure to become the Summer season’s best new brew.
The Uncle Billy’s Knuckleballer Kölsch is an easy drinking pale golden beer brewed with Kölsch yeast, Pilsner and pale wheat malt, and Magnum and Hallertau Mittlefruh hops.  It boasts a lively effervescence with a fluffy white head and delicate pear and sweet apple fruit aromas.  It’s a great day drinking beer with hints of noble hops and light fruit flavors of pear, peach, and sweet apple.  The light bodied beer has a dry, crisp finish.
Uncle Billy’s Knuckleballer Kölsch will be available on draft and in 16-ounce cans at the Dell Dimond in Round Rock and Nelson W. Wolff Municipal Stadium in San Antonio, along with dozens of bars, restaurants, and retail stores in Texas.
