Uchiko is thrilled to host Henry Sidel, the founder of Joto Sake, along with five Japanese sake brewers. Savor seven courses of Uchiko favorites with varying sakes in the warm Japanese farmhouse inspired Private Dining Room. The brewers will speak on the flavors and pairings of the sake while the chefs explain the culinary inspiration behind the dishes.
