We’re craving all things spring these days. Lucky for us, the amazing team at Travaasa Austin has created a new libation to help!  Introducing: The C&C. The refreshing cocktail is perfect for spicing up your winter while waiting to enjoy it poolside.

The C&C

  • 1 oz. Ketel One Citroen®
  • 1.5 oz. fresh sour mix
  • 5 in. piece of celery in into small pieces
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 oz. Topo Chico™

Combine celery and cilantro and muddle together with vodka and sour mix. Shake and strain into a rock glass filled with fresh ice. Top with Topo Chico. Garnish with a celery stalk and a lime wedge…don’t forget to enjoy!
