COCK-A-DOODLE-DOO! Rise and shine cause SoCal bred Chef Rouha Sadighi is bringing her music-loving, skateboarding, funky-fresh breakfast brand, The Rooster to Austin’s 1606 East Food Trailer Park. The Rooster will offer a killer assortment of delicious egg dishes perfect for on-the-go weekday commuters, impromptu power lunches and weekend (hangover-cure) hangouts with friends.
“We are excited to FINALLY be coming to Austin after some unexpected delays. This is a huge opportunity for The Rooster and I’m extremely blessed and humbled to be opening another location after only being in business for two years” said Sadighi. “Los Angeles will always be home for us, but we’re so pumped to bring our love of breakfast to Austin and become part of this ridiculously delicious food city.”
The Rooster’s trailer is currently open and reflects the same clean vibe as its SoCal flagship truck – all white with teal and red accents, the colors proudly sported by The Rooster logo. Patrons can look forward to hearing music from TLC and Ace of Base with hints of Hole for good measure while waiting for their food to hit the window.
