The Hightower just announced it will start serving lunch beginning tomorrowTuesday, November 4. The new lunch menu will be available Tuesday through Friday from 11am to 2:30pm.

The new lunch menu highlights include gnocchi (house-made ricotta, brussel sprout greens, butternut squash puree, almonds and sorghum) and sandwich options including hanger steak (charred tomato, fried potatoes, mushrooms, caramelized onions, aioli), masa fried gulf oysters (sriracha aioli, sunflower sprouts, flying fish roe, lime, avocado oil), carnitas (fried egg, salsa verde, avocado, pickled shallot, pinto beans, crema), and jowl (sriracha aioli, fresh tomatillos, greens).
