Tastemade,a global, digital media company, connecting the world through food, is taking over the TEXAS tailgate this weekend and filming an episode of

their newly launched show, “The Grill Iron.”

“The Grill Iron” takes viewers to the tastiest tailgates across the country, highlighting the culinary trailblazers in each city who put the best local ingredients to

work in crowd-pleasing tailgate recipes.

As the Longhorns seek victory on the gridiron against the West Virginia Mountaineers this Saturday, Chef Alexis Chong of Sway Restaurant will be turning up the heat

on “The Grill Iron”, mining the freshest ingredients from local farms to put her mind-blowing Thai spin on the traditional tailgate at the Tastemade Kitchen at the
