Starting Thursday to Saturday from June to September, The Carillon is excited to announce the new 3 for $30 menu, which will be offered at dinner all summer. The menu features innovative dishes inspired by Texas flavors, made with Texas ingredients, and created by Chef de Cuisine Christopher Wilson and Pastry Chef Robyn Mayo.


For only $30, guests will have a choice of appetizer, entree – with three options available for a $10 upgrade – and dessert. Menu options will change throughout the summer as new ingredients become available.
