Owner/Chef Tatsu Aikawa and the Tatsu-Ya Family’s latest concept, DipDipDip Ice Creamthe funky fresh, artisanal ice cream side of recently opened DipDipDip Tatsu-Ya. DipDipDip Ice Cream will feature composed ice cream creations with unique flavors like the Shroom of Doom with caramel, chocolate, and shiitake, and the Miso PB&J with miso croutons, candied peanuts and angelino plum jam.

Guests will walk up to an interactive touchscreen kiosk on the DipDipDip Tatsu-Ya patio and choose from a selection of complete ice cream desserts and assorted extra toppings before picking up at the service window. Ice Cream will be open daily — from noon to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and noon to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
