The Brewer’s Table

As one of the most highly anticipated concepts to open this year in Austin, The Brewer’s Table will be a place where beer and food share the spotlight.  Opening in Austin’s East Side this spring season, the concept is helmed by industry veteran and local beer personality Jake Maddux, Executive Chef Zach Hunter and Head Brewer Drew Durish.  Their partnership has created a seamless connection between craft beer and chef driven cuisine.  From inspiration and collaboration, to sourcing and presentation, The Brewer’s Table promises a crossover of ingredients used to make beer as good as food as good as beer.
