Saturday night,  SXSW attendees started their weekend off with delicious food and good company at the SXSW SouthBites Dinner,  a culinary collaboration of world-renowned chefs Jose Andres, ThinkFoodGroup, Aaron Franklin, and Andrew Wiseheart, hosted by PRE Brands.
 
The rain didn’t stop us or any of the other anxious attendees from the excitement, as guests began lining up 30 minutes prior to the start of the event. Hosted at popular restaurant Chicon, the casual multi-course dinner included specially curated meals such as paella and beef tartare by the renowned chefs, all made with PRE Brands 100 percent grass-fed beef products. The flavors of dinner were enhanced with a tasty cocktail and wine pairing.
With about 180 people in attendance, this sold out event was an awesome way to kick off the SXSW festivities and is sure to set the tone for more exciting events to come.
