The Carillon will be offering their Mother’s Day Brunch on Sunday, May 11 with seating times at 10:30 and 11:00am, and 1:00 and 1:30pm. Highlights on the menu include Crab Cakes Eggs Benedict served with hollandaise and celery hearts; Seared Ahi Tuna; Oysters on the Half Shell; a Smoked Striploin carving station; Blue Corn Crusted-Braised Beef Short Ribs served with cilantro, pineapple tomatillo puree, chorizo and charred corn; and so much more. Additionally, guests can enjoy a complimentary champagne bar, as well as complimentary self-parking.
