Locally designed, developed, owned and operated, South Congress Hotel will open its doors on Tuesday, September 8, 2015. The hotel comprises 71 guestrooms and 12 suites, which vary in size and style. The lobby bar and lounge is open to the public and features complimentary Wi-Fi, plus a light food menu by Café No Sé.

Later in the month of September, South Congress Hotel’s Central Standard, an American bar and grill, and retail store spaces by Sunroom, Revival Cycles and Tenoverten will open, followed shortly thereafter by a coffee shop and cold pressed juice bar named Mañana and Otoko, a twelve seat Japanese restaurant from James Beard Award and Top Chef-winning chef Paul Qui.
