Sound on Sound Festival (SOS Fest) is proud to announce the daily music lineups for the inaugural event to be held November 4-6 at Sherwood Forest located 35 miles east of Austin in McDade, Texas. Single-day GA passes are on sale now at for $85 plus fees.


SOS Fest is also excited to announce an expanded music lineup featuring several amazing additions just added to the bill. Newly announced music performers include New York indie rockers Small Black; Los Angeles noise-rock group HEALTH; the punk rock outfit Bleached; former Hamilton star Daveed Diggs’ hip-hop group clipping.; punk band SWMRS, which includes among its members Joey Armstrong, the son of Green Day’s famed lead singer Billie Joe Armstrong; and San Diego-based surf-punk trio The Frights.


Additionally, SOS Fest is finalizing plans regarding transportation shuttles to and from the festival. The fleet of shuttles will be running continuously throughout the festival weekend, and will have one centrally located pickup/drop-off location with the exact location to be announced soon in the coming weeks. Round trip shuttle passes will cost $5 per day or $10 for the entire three-day weekend when purchased in advance. The shuttle ticket price will then jump to $10 per day and $20 for the three-day pass once the festival begins. All shuttle passes will be round-trip offerings.

In addition to today’s on-sale for single-day passes to SOS Fest, three-day GA and Treat Thy Self  (VIP) tickets are also available for purchase now at Treat Thy Self tickets entitle ticket-buyers to the utmost festival-going experience at Sound on Sound Fest, with perks including preferred viewing areas, expedited entry, exclusive food and drink offerings and happy hours, dedicated lounges and restroom facilities, and additional amenities that will be announced later this summer.

Sound on Sound Fest is also offering on-site camping for all ticket-buyers for just $75 plus fees. This ticket is a standalone pass allowing access only to the camping grounds, and it does not grant access to the festival performance grounds. Sound on Sound Fest is a brand new festival that will feature wide variety of music acts spanning many genres and personal tastes, as well as comedy standups, panel sessions, on-site camping, and more all across three-days in the heart of Central Texas. The team behind Sound on Sound Fest, event producers Fun House Services, tapped Austin-based Margin Walker Presents to handle booking at the inaugural event. Fun House Services and Margin Walker Presents look to build upon their new partnership and tenured experience that ranges from large-scale festivals to more intimate music shows to bring music-lovers across the country a truly unique music festival experience unlike any other.


Beyond all of the music and performance offerings at the fest, Sound on Sound Fest will offer ticket-buyers a truly unique festival experience at the beloved Sherwood Forest. Located 35 miles east of Austin in McDade, Texas and set in the beautiful Lost Pines region of Central Texas, Sherwood Forest is a 23-acre permanent renaissance village that features over 100 permanent buildings including shoppes, pubs, restaurants and stages, many of which will be utilized in creating a highly-curated festival footprint and experience for attendees of all ages.
