Soil & Seed Supper Series with Chef Judd Servidio

Have you ever dreamed of having your own personal chef prepare extravagant meals for you on a daily basis?  A taste of the good life in such grand fashion, may not be attainable for most of us on a daily basis, but treating yourself to an extravagant meal from a celebrity chef of such stature doesn’t have to be one of complete fantasy.

Chef Judd, personal chef to John Paul Dejoria (owner of Patron and Paul Mitchell), has planted a culinary seed over 18 years ago and is continuing the growth by offering his New American French pop-up dinners throughout various locations around Austin.  His creation, The Soil & Seed Dinner Series, celebrating everything that starts from clean organic seeds, and given good soil, and nurturing into something so delicious, it can be considered worthy of Michelin Star quality.
On Tuesday, Chef Judd and his team hosted his first installment in the Soil and Seed dinner series featuring 5 courses with a focus on seasonal, local, organic ingredients.  This installment was hosted in a luxurious private home in the Lake Travis area, where guests gathered to break bread in in luxury and great company.
Chef Judd will continue his amazing Soil and Seed series throughout the year, hosting a dinner each month at undisclosed locations around Austin.  If you wish to attend, stay tuned for details and where to purchase your ticket to his next installment.
