Soil & Seed celebrates that everything small starts from a seed, and given good soil, grows into something great with a lot of nurturing. There is truth to be found in celebrating the honesty of nutrients and nourishment found in soil.
Chef Judd, personal chef to John Paul Dejoria (owner of Patron and Paul Mitchell), has planted that culinary seed over 18 years ago and would like to continue the growth by offering his New American/French Cuisine in various locations throughout the year.
