The event, which will be held at La Condesa, will feature chefs like Paul Qui and Jorge Hernandez of Qui, Shawn Cirkiel and Justin Rupp of Olive & June, Alexis Chong of Sway, Rick Lopez of La Condesa, and more. The Sustainable Food Center of Austin emphasizes the importance of the community coming together to grow local, and nutritious, foods to be shared with families. Aptly tiled “Spring Bounty”, showcasing Austin-grown produce, meat, and more. What better way than to bring together some of Austin’s best to create exclusive pairings and dishes, that accentuate the locally grown foods.
