1st course

#1 Cocktail (Reyka vodka, lemon, strawberry, hibiscus claret, mint)

Chef selection of charcuterie and cheese grilled bread, pickled vegetables, poached apricots

Charred Broccolini salad rocket arugula, charred broccolini, boquerones, fried egg, parmesan dressing

Tuna Tartar fresh grated horseradish, egg crumble, capers, chili oil, avocado espuma, salt + vinegar potato lavash

2nd course

#2 cocktail (Reyka vodka, lime, watermelon, balsamic, sea salt)

Olive Oil Pancakes – fig + walnut butter, house cured bacon, maple syrup

Crab Benedict – butter poached crab, prosciutto, hollandaise, egg 63, yorkshire pudding

VOX Burger – akaushi beef, vox sauce, aged cheddar, house brined pickles, lettuce, tomatoes steak fries or side salad

 

3rd course

#3 Cocktail (Reyka vodka, lime, grapefruit, pineapple syrup, buttercube cbv bitters)

Mimosa Floats – orange sorbet, champagne, basil

Stuffed French Toast – goat cheese, blackberry preserves, thyme
