Patika

Patika Wine and Coffee is excited to introduce their new and expanded evening food menu with items that feature unique ingredients and complement Patika Wine and Coffee’s curated wine list and evolving menu of available beers. With the launch of the new menu this week, Patika Wine and Coffee will also begin their weekday happy hour specials on beer and wine from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.nightly.

“Since we have such an amazing resource in our pastry chef, Bria, we have been planning on extending our evening snack options since we opened,” said Owner Andy Wigginton. “We love good bar snacks, and we wanted to provide a further range of bites that are tasty, fresh, and satisfying and that complement our selection of wine and beer. We’ve had fun experimenting with interesting flavor combinations, and I hope people like what we’re doing!”

Since opening this past September, Patika Wine and Coffee has brought the same high quality coffee to the brick-and-mortar location with the addition of beer and wine as well as an in-house baking program and delicious evening snacks. This week, Patika Wine and Coffee’s in-house baking program will expand from its current rotating selection of morning pastry items to include items such as house-made cheddar and bacon crackers with apple-pear chutney; house-made rosemary crackers with goat cheese, honey, and cracked black pepper; and fresh focaccia served with garlic white bean dip and sun-dried tomato feta dip. Additionally, Patika Wine and Coffee will feature cheese plates served with Easy Tiger bread, classic bar snacks like house-spiced roasted nuts, and a trio of popcorn flavors including garam masala, chile lime, and dark chocolate-salted caramel, as well as desserts like affogato.

With a wide array of wine and beer selections, Wigginton and Co-owner Nick Krupa have curated a list for any palate. The wine list includes sparking, white, rose, and red options featuring wines such as Texas’ Lewis Wines “Swim Spot,” a fresh and lightly effervescent style based on the traditional Vinho Verde style from Northern Portugal. The beer list features light beers like Odell Brewing’s Loose Leaf and rich, aromatic dubbel ales like Ommegang Abbey Ale. Weekday happy hour will take place from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. and features $1 off beer and glasses of wine and $3 off bottles of wine. Additionally, Patika Wine and Coffee will offer 10% off all wine and beer bottles to go.
