Austin pastry chef and restaurateur, Jodi Elliott, opens Bribery Bakery on March 18, 2015, and does so with a unique opportunity for uber fans and dessert obsessed Austinites to get a sneak peek of the bakery. Elliott formerly owned and operated one of Austin’s most popular restaurants, Foreign & Domestic, and decided to open Bribery Bakery after her bake sales were a big hit.

Elliott is celebrating the opening of Bribery Bakery by hosting a private party at the new location for 40 lucky people who go to:  http://briberybakery.com/sneakpeek/ and enter to win. Winners will be able to sample the menu and get a personal tour of the bakery from Elliott.

Jodi Elliot“I wanted to do something different and offer a unique experience to celebrate the opening of Bribery. It’s a dream come true so why not share it with others,” says Elliott.

Bribery Bakery will open in Wells Branch and will feature all the decadence Elliott has to offer with a wide array of pastries, pies, cookies, cakes, cupcakes and more. Bribery Bakery will serve sweet and savory breakfast items and an extensive coffee program including cappuccinos, lattes and espresso by Casa Brasil coffee.

The bakery, once a dull, strip-center location is now whimsical space with pastel walls, mix-matched vintage furniture and clever seating arrangements.

Eager fans no longer have to wait in line for pies! Bribery Bakery will be open seven days a week, from 7:00a.m. to 7:00p.m. and will host public and private events.

Bribery Bakery is located at 2014 Wells Branch Parkway, Suite 109 and will be Elliott’s flagship store. A second location is already in the works.
