P6 Restaurant and Bar located at The LINE AUSTIN Hotel, is offering an all-new brunch service kicking off Saturday, June 13th from 11 pm – 4 pm, for dine-in service only.

 

The new brunch will feature a number of delicious options on the menu, including; Eggs in Jail – house made sourdough, local tomato, Shrimp n’Grits – parmesan, Serrano, salsa verde, and Bacon & Eggs – pork belly, sambal, watermelon, sunflower.  Drink highlights include; a Mimosa Kit bubble, choice of two juices (orange, grapefruit, cranberry, pineapple, and peach), Summer Sandía – gin, watermelon, mint, simple syrup, and lime, and a classic P6 Bloody Mary – tomato, horseradish, Worcestershire, and housemate pickles.
