Odd DUCK is turning one year old and to thank all the loyal patrons, the team will be throwing a huge #trailerthrowack bash. On December 9th, the same day the trailer and the restaurant opened, five years apart, odd DUCK will be in party mode. Friends, family and fans can mosey in all night and enjoy beer and wine, as well as the odd DUCK Farm To Trailer food from the days of yore. The chefs will be serving grits with soft poached duck eggs, grilled broccoli and for one night only, the dish making the ultimate comeback, Gilmore’s famous pork belly slider.

Entry into the party is a minimum donation of $25 and a portion of the proceeds from the event will go towards Zilker Elementary’s Edible Schoolyard program. A silent auction will be running all night to raise further funds for the school, a recent partnership designed to create gardens at the school and eventually become a part of the curriculum, allowing kids to learn where their food comes from, and how to grow their own food at an early age.

Come for the celebration, stay for the pork belly sliders and help a cause near and dear to the hearts of all the odd ducks.
